Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
If your Membership is paid in monthly installments, it will continue on a rolling basis after your Minimum Contract ends. You can cancel at any time by providing us with one calendar month’s notice before your next payment date. For example, if your payment date is the 15th of the month and you submit your cancellation notice on 10th January, it will take effect from 15th February. If you notify us on 16th January, the cancellation will take effect from 15th March.
Bolt-Ons are provided on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time by giving at least one calendar month’s notice before your next payment is due.
Although we strive to ensure that our clubs and facilities are open and accessible during our regular hours, we cannot guarantee this at all times. For the most current opening times and updates, please visit our website. We reserve the right to alter our opening hours and facilities at our sole discretion.
If your guests have a disability, sensory impairment, or any specific access requirements, please get in touch with us via email or speak directly to Member Account Services. We are more than happy to discuss how we can best assist you.
For safety reasons, individuals under 16 are not permitted in the free weight areas.
Access may be refused to any individual who fails to adhere to these Terms or our Voltage Fitness Rules, at our sole discretion. We also have the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for any reason, whether safety-related or not. Our decision will be final.
PERSONAL TRAINERS
Our Fitness center offers the expertise of Voltage Fitness personal trainers.
Any sessions missed with a Voltage Fitness PT or not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will incur the full charge. If the Voltage Fitness PT has availability, they may offer the option to reschedule the session at their discretion.

YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL
Unless otherwise stated, you cannot cancel your Membership until the Minimum Contract period has expired. In the event of a serious injury, illness, or significant change in circumstances that prevents you from using your Membership, you may be eligible for cancellation and a partial refund of any Membership Fees paid in advance. Cancellation will be at our discretion and requires you to provide evidence of your eligibility, as reasonably requested. Any cancellation will take effect within seven days of us receiving acceptable evidence. Joining Fees are non-refundable.
Periods of non-attendance at our clubs or non-use of our facilities
Cancellation can be initiated by email, in person at Voltage Fitness, or by calling Member Account Services. You may continue using our clubs until your Membership expires, as long as your Membership Fees have been paid in full.
Our Bolt-Ons operate on a monthly rolling basis. To cancel, simply provide a minimum of one calendar month’s notice before your upcoming payment date. The cancellation will become effective from the next payment date after the notice period.
OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
In the event that payment for your Membership Fee or any Bolt-On Fee is unsuccessful, and you fail to make payment within the required period (at least five days), we will send you a late payment notification by email, specifying the time allowed for payment.
You fail to adhere to any of these Terms and Conditions in a significant manner.
The details you provided were either inaccurate or incomplete, affecting our decision to accept you or your dependent as a Member under these Terms.
If your Membership is suspended, you will not have access to our fitness centre or facilities while we address the issue or await payment. Refunds will not be issued for the suspension period. We will endeavour to update you within 14 days regarding whether your Membership will be reinstated or cancelled.
If you fail to make payment for any Bolt-Ons within 21 days, we will cancel your Bolt-On and revoke access to the associated facilities. If you wish to reactivate your Bolt-On, you must reapply, and may need to pay a new Joining Fee depending on the Bolt-On type. Any missed payments must still be paid.
If we cancel your Membership or any Bolt-Ons due to your breach of these Terms (including our Club Rules), you will remain responsible for paying the outstanding Membership Fees for the remainder of your Minimum Contract (if applicable). We will notify you and make every effort to collect the full payment from your authorized payment method until the Membership Fees have been paid in full.
